Well in my case I have to admite that Customer Technical Support helped me a lot:
last month my uncle brought me from France a new netbook, and I didn’t have any idea of how to use it, IT WAS ALL IN FRENCH!!! So imagine...!
So I had no option but ask for some help to a Multilingual technical support, I did it, and everything was so easy then!
So I realized that it has no sense to waste time of my life, trying to fix problems related to technology, there's a lot of people that have studied enough to find a solution that I could be hours trying to get.
Well, that's what happened to me, so that's why I really recommend the Technical Support. And I appreciate this article because you may prevent people to be in more troble with their PC.

Bye,
Lucy
