VUDU announces HDX

On Thursday, VUDU made an announcement about their HDX format, which they say provides 1080p resolution, "immersive high resolution sound," an optimized video for larger (40"+) high-definition screens. Their site has more than 60 titles available in this format at present, and I think "uneven" describes the lineup as good as any other term. If somebody could get me Casino Royale in a high-def format over video-on-demand, I'd pay for it tonight.
