GlideTV Navigator - A catalyst for more PC-to-TV connections?

After the Consumer Electronics Show in January, I had written some thoughts about whether low-cost PCs (like netbooks) would be more widely used to bring online content and application straight to the TV and eliminate the need for digital media adapters, home networks, or other complicated solutions. At the time, I had said that was was needed was a way for the user to easily interact with the on-screen content and guide with a good remote.

The folks at GlideTV think they've come up with the answer with the GlideTV Navigator. I had the chance to experiment with it at CES, and it is a nifty way of interacting with online media as displayed on a TV.
